We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager professional to join our rapidly growing oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company as Finance Manager, reporting to Director, Finance & Principal Accounting officer.
In this newly created position, our Finance Manager will play a key role in overall financial and accounting support and to help develop, implement and maintain our growth strategies. Responsibilities will be varied, and will include helping to lead our transformation from a development stage enterprise to a fully functional commercial enterprise over the next 6 months. This position will be crucial in developing finance and accounting integration plans, systems and management tools needed to properly execute and support the transformation. This position will eventually grow into Director of FP&A.
Job Summary:
The Finance Manager position is responsible for owning of all the budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for both clinical development activities and commercial operations, and developing, implementing and monitoring key performance indicators for all function areas and assist the CFO with the related internal reporting and performance management aspects. He or she will support due diligence activities for mergers, acquisitions and financings, and identify opportunities for process improvement in accounting and finance areas. The Finance Manager will maintain information systems to support SEC filing, financial reporting and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.
Qualifications/Experience:
Must have 5-10 years experience corporate financial analysis functions. Bachelor degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred.

Job Summary:
The Director, Medical Affairs position is responsible for managing all medical affairs activities, including providing accurate, comprehensive, medically relevant information services to ensure a high level of customer service in medical information for all products and responsible for REMS, TRIG, and Medwatch. He or she will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of medical/scientific information used in the development of materials for promotional materials to ensure scientific accuracy, clarity and appropriateness. The Director, Medical Affairs will provide strategic and tactical input to the Business in the development of new, innovative promotional strategies, communications, and materials products.
May act as consultant/liaison with other scientific specialists. Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Qualifications/Experience:
Pharm D required, MD preferred; 3-5 years experience in medical affairs in the pharmaceutical industry.

We are looking for an experienced Medical Science Liaison professional to join our rapidly growing oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company as Director, Medical Science Liaison, reporting to the Executive Vice President & Chief Medical Officer.
Job Summary:
The Director, Medical Science Liaison will lead efforts in recognizing, identifying, cultivating, and integrating KOL relationships in specific therapeutic areas of interest to US Commercial Operations. He or she will be responsible for directing and monitoring the commercialization of Company products. Responsibilities also include adverse event reporting and safety responsibilities monitoring as well as coordinating and developing information for reports submitted to the Food and Drug Administration. The Director, Medical Science Liaison will also develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Qualifications/Experience:
Pharm D or Ph.D. degree preferred, MS degree considered. Minimum of 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry required. Knowledge or experience in Pain Control or Oncology area is required.
Prior experience in providing MSL-level support to products or devices in specific therapeutic areas, including KOL development, investigator-initiated clinical trials, publications and educational programs highly preferred.
Frequent travel is required.
Managed care experience preferred.
